Welcome in Bistrot du Glacier

After nearly 50 years of silence, the restaurant at Hôtel Le Glacier reopened its doors in 2020 under the direction of Thomas, representing the fourth generation of our family. A new chapter has begun—one that honors our heritage while embracing a spirit of sharing and conviviality.

At the Bistrot, we celebrate honest, generous, family-style cuisine. Authentic recipes that speak to everyone: slow-cooked dishes, sautéed specialties, grilled vegetables, Mediterranean fish… Seasonal cooking rooted in our region, created simply for the pleasure of good food and good company.

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, much like dining with friends. Here, we invite you to take your time, enjoy the moment, and savor every bite.

Our wine list proudly showcases mostly local estates from around Orange. Many of the winemakers are long-time friends, and we are delighted to feature the fruits of their labor on your table.

We are also developing partnerships with local fruit and vegetable producers to promote short supply chains. French-origin products are largely predominant, and you will never find ingredients that have traveled across the world just to end up on your plate.
