After nearly 50 years of silence, the restaurant at Hôtel Le Glacier reopened in 2020 under the direction of Thomas, representing the fourth generation of the family. More than a reopening, it marks the continuation of a story deeply rooted in Orange.
The Bistrot reflects this heritage: a lively, sincere, and welcoming place where guests come to share more than just a meal.
Our cuisine is family-inspired, convivial, and accessible, while maintaining high standards. Slow-cooked dishes, sautéed specialties, grilled vegetables, Mediterranean fish… We focus on simple, flavorful recipes guided by the seasons.
French-origin products are largely predominant, and we are developing partnerships with local producers to highlight our region. You will not find ingredients that have traveled across the world—our approach favors proximity, quality, and common sense.
At the Bistrot, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, much like dining with friends. Service is attentive yet informal, ensuring that everyone feels immediately at ease.
Our wine list mainly features estates located around Orange. Many of the winemakers are long-time friends, and we are proud to showcase their work on your table.
